When you book a table or order online, we only process the information needed to receive, prepare and follow up your booking or order. Table bookings and online orders are handled through the Matvy platform (matvy.com) on our behalf.

What we store

Name, email address, phone number, ordered dishes, requested time and any message to the restaurant. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Ragazzi Italiani.

Why we use it

To confirm your booking or order, contact you about it, handle payment and meet accounting requirements. We never use order details for unsolicited marketing.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for as long as needed for operations, complaints and legal requirements. Customer details can only be exported by the restaurant and are handled by authorised staff only.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data where the law allows. Contact us and we will help you.
